Md. Arfin Ali

Chairman

Md. Arfin Ali FCA is chairperson of the board of directors of Prologis. Mr. Arfin co-founded the company’s predecessor, KD FIRMS LIMITED, in 2016 and led the company. He has been a board member since its inception and serves on the board’s executive committee.

Mr. Arfin has held several key leadership roles within the different National and international conglomerate such as GM, Asst. Director, CFO etc. in different industry. Previously, he served as key leadership rolein different organizations holding different positions which includes CFO-Otobi Group, CFO-China-Bangla Ceramic Industries Ltd., General Manager (GM) Accounts and Finance, Destiny Group Director Assurance and Compliances and Manager Assurance Compliances in Ahmed Zaker& Co. He is also poses expertise on Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Manufacturing and Process costing, VAT and Tax, Legal Compliance, Internal Controland Strategic development. Beside these, he has also knowledge on Secretarial Service, Due Diligence, and Feasibility Study, Valuation (Assets, Investment, DES & CSE Membership, Equity Capital and Goodwill). Presently, he is an independent Director of Achia Sea Food Ltd., which is going to enlist with capital market very soon.Mr. Arfin also holding the position of Managing Director of KD FIRM LTD. and Managing Partner of AM INNOVATIVES a growing media buying houses.

Mr. Arfinis a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh-ICAB and he received an M Com. from Azam Khan Govt. Commerce University and College and completed his Chartered Accountancy from Ahmed Zaker& Co. a leading professional firm in Bangladesh under ICAB and a profit sharing executive of the leading professional firm.
